The Children’s Panel concluded that, on account of Eleanor’s challenging behavior in this and previous placements,

foster care in a family environment was not appropriate at the current time.
현시점에서 일반 가정 환경에서의 위탁 보호는 적절하지 않다는 결론을 내렸다.
It was therefore agreed that Eleanor should be placed in a residential care home for the time being,
따라서 에리너를 당분간 아동 양육 시설에 수용하기로 합의하였으며,
residential care home은 가정 위탁이 불가능할 경우 아이들이 공동으로 생활하며 보호받는 시설을 의미합니다.
and that the decision of the panel would be reviewed in twelve months.
위원회 결정 사항은 12개월 후에 재검토될 예정이다.
